Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Inquiries
We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours of when the order was placed or after the package has been shipped out.
All sales are final. Please be sure to read over any item description, grading policies, or product sizing carefully before purchase. Refunds will only be issued if there is a problem with an ordered item and/or it is no longer in stock.
If an item from your order is incorrect order or arrived damaged, please reach out to us promptly up to 10 days past the delivery date! Contact us through the form on the site or email us at chibimusumeco@gmail.com. Include your order number and attach at least one photo of the item in question. If the item is damaged, please take a photo showcasing the damage, the exterior of the mailer packaging, and the interior of the mailer packaging. We will work through a solution with you after examining the situation.
