Shipping Policies
General shipping information
Current shop processing times are 3-5 days. Packages are dropped off at the post office every Monday and Friday. If there is a holiday, it will be dropped off on the next business day.
Once the order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays or mistakes caused by the mail courier. If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please ensure to double-check your shipping address BEFORE purchase. Packages are sent to the address entered at check-out only. Changes to the shipping address is only possible if the shipping label has not been printed yet. We are not responsible for packages delivered due to incorrect address entry.
Lost/Stuck in transit orders
Packages often get stuck or drop off the radar for a while, but will eventually find their way back into the mailing system.
For U.S. customers - Please wait at least 3-4 weeks from the last tracking update before contacting us. If it has been more than 4 weeks with no delivery, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist in getting your order to you.
For International customers - International orders can take up to 2 months to be delivered. Tracking will often stop updating once it has reached an international sorting facility. If it has been more than 2 months with no delivery, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist in getting your order to you.
